Regarding the Fall Detection feature. Do you know if it is operational when in Water Lock mode. For example, if I turn on water lock to take a shower, then fall in the shower, will it be fully functional?

You keep on saying the crown doesn't move in and out??? mine does, it physically clicks and moves like any mechanical stopwatch, the haptic feedback is only on the scrolling.

It doesn’t need the always on display on the watch. First you can only see what time it is on any type of watch that you have on when you flip your wrist. Second it saves battery. So I am cool with that

It will work out your country. I am on EE and they’ve confirmed that it does work abroad on roaming because I do roam with my phone. I was told when i called Customer Services and in the EE shop, that as long as the iPhone is in the EU country and connected to the network, the Watch would work over cellular without the iPhone so you could leave the phone in your hotel on charge or whatever this information applies from series 3 I just got last week Series 4 watch so I would have thought that it would only have improved.

Danielle if the display is on all the time thats gonna kill the battery thats why they didn't implement that feature, but I do believe they should give us the option to make our watch display stay on but its not necessary to have that feature.

Ok......so if you fall over and lay there it calls emergency services.....so......what if you are knocked out cold.......what does it do when it calls..........does it disclose your location, name etc or will it be a case of paramedics asking if anyone is there while your are out cold and possibly dying.

I don’t understand why people what the watch on all the time. I understand where people are coming from but... if your looking to see why time it is your raising your hand to see what the time is and see the notification. If you want a watch that is always on just get a normal watch

Apple watches in aluminum will have Ion-X glass on the back, only stainless will have sapphire on the back of the watch so keep your charging pads clear of debris or they will get scratched. 6:25

I think the reason that Apple does not have a ceramic model is that all models have ceramic surface on the side which contacts the skin. So it’s kinda redundant to have a ceramic model

I'm an AppleCare advisor and I can tell you that no it is not initially covered however if this happens then ask for a senior advisor and request an exception be made on the grounds of the website encouraging use in water. 9 times out of 10 they will help you out. also ask if anything with consumer law applies with this. (consumer law doesnt matter in this its just that it makes us uncomfortable and increases our attempts to get you off the phone quickly.

Nothing really new here. Also, few falsehoods detected, like claiming that dust/smoke screen animation would be only for Watch 4, which is not the case, as it came with the latest Watch OS.
